Ivo Vink

Ivo has a long and successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. After training as a physiotherapist and working for several years as a healthcare provider, he transitioned to the pharmaceutical sector. He started in sales and subsequently held various positions, including product manager and marketing manager. Ivo now has over 20 years of experience at the executive level. For the last five years of his industrial career, he was General Manager of Bayer Netherlands.

Ivo is known as someone who always sees opportunities – and knows how to realize them. With his hands-on mentality, no-nonsense approach, direct communication, and results-oriented leadership style, he has built successful teams. Under his leadership, several products have become industry blockbusters.

As an experienced leader, coach, mentor and change manager, Ivo has in-depth knowledge of product launches (small molecules, biologicals and medical devices), culture and change processes, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions.

Driven by the belief that problems cannot be solved with the same thinking that created them, Ivo enjoys helping others tackle complex challenges.
